Shipping Policy & Information
All orders are
processed immediately and sent out within 48 hours (except on holidays and
Sundays) based on inventory availability.
Currently we
only ship within the Continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska. If you are
elsewhere and still require shipment please contact us directly and we will be
happy to assist you personally. We ship via
Fedex and do not ship to PO Boxes.
Fedex options
include Ground, 3 Day Select, and 2nd Day Air
6% Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within Florida.

Return policy
All exchanges and returns must be made within 15 days of the shipment day from our warehouse. Merchandise returned 15 to 30 days after shipment date will be returned for store credit only. Merchandise returned later than 30 days after shipment date will be returned to purchaser with no refund.
Sale
merchandise MUST be returned within 15 days of shipment from our warehouse – NO
exceptions.
Returned apparel must be unworn, unsoiled and in perfect condition; this includes hygienic panty liners, all manufacturers’ tags in place, folded and packaged neatly.
Items that have been soiled, mishandled, abused, altered, wadded up, or laundered will be returned to the purchaser with NO credit issued. This includes any garment missing manufacturers’ tags and/or hygienic panty liners. The purchaser will be charged for return shipping and forfeit all claims.
Returns in excess of $500 will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Returns must include completed MERCHANDISE RETURN FORM and be sent to the enclosed address. Insurance is optional, but Sporty Lady is not responsible for shipments lost or damaged in the return mailing process and will not issue refunds for packages lost by the shippers of the purchaser’s choice.
For any item received defective or damaged please notify us immediately so that we may see about a replacement piece. Replacements will be sent out immediately upon receipt of original merchandise.
Credit will be issued against credit or debit card used at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges.
