Please note that our mail order policies vary from our in-store policies.  All merchandise purchased through the web site and via mail order must be returned to our mail order division via the instructions included in your initial shipment.

 Bathing suits are considered intimate apparel and should always be tried on over your undergarments (i.e. panties not bra).

 No returns on ANY item that has been worn, used, altered, damaged, or is missing ANY manufacturers’ tags, or the hygienic panty liner.

 We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express credit and debit cards.  Debit gift cards are accepted for the exact amount or balance on the card.  If you do not want to use one of the above forms or payment please call us at 850-837-6763 about cash, check, or money order payments and we will help you complete your transaction.

 We make every effort to correctly and accurately give you a fair and reasonable description and pictures of our merchandise.  However, sometimes typographical errors occur and we reserve the right to change web site information at any time.  We use digital technology to take and post all our pictures; however, picture quality and colors may vary due to your monitor setup.

 Orders are all processed in a timely manner, and shipped within 48 hours of placement (except on holidays) based on inventory availability.  If for some reason inventory levels are misrepresented on the web site, we will make every effort to contact you immediately.

We understand the importance of security and absolutely no personal information will be sold to anyone; all information we receive is confidential and will not be distributed to any other source.

PRETREATMENT:  No fabric is guaranteed to be completely colorfast when exposed to chlorine, saltwater, and sun.  However, if you rinse your swimsuit in a mixture of two teaspoons of white vinegar and one quart of cold water, it will help to set the color in the fabric.

 Please remember that swimsuits are delicate garments and will not maintain their original shape and color indefinitely.  Typical wear for a swimsuit in a public chlorinated pool is approximately 20 wearings, depending on fabric and construction.  There is no guarantee on the life of any garment.  NEVER wear a good swimsuit in a hot tub or Jacuzzi.

 CARE:  NEVER put on a wet swimsuit and never put a suit in the washer or dryer.  Damage will occur when exposed to direct or excessive heat.  Always rinse (do not soak) your suit with fresh cold water after wearing and do not use a laundry detergent of any kind (including Woolite®) since they contain bleach.  When dirty, use a mild soap or baby shampoo; wash and rinse immediately, do not wring out. Gently squeeze or roll in towel to remove extra water and lay flat to dry out of direct sunlight.
